We Take A Stand is a program created by Officer Mike Daugherty and Officer Josh Skiviat with the Clarksburg Police Department and Officer Jamie Hamrick with Bridgeport Police Department in 2012. Officer Mike Daugherty, Josh Skiviat and Jamie Hamrick created the program because of the uprising of bullying in the schools, online, and in the workplace.
